Shipping & Insurance
The Studio regularly ships pieces worldwide. Each work is carefully packed in a custom-made wooden crate designed for international transport. The Studio systematically insures every piece during shipment to guarantee full coverage in the event of an unforeseen incident.
Although every precaution is taken, zero risk does not exist. Should any damage be observed upon receipt, the client is invited to send a photo of the crate and the piece as soon as it is opened. The transport insurance will then be activated immediately, and a new sculpture — crafted as closely as possible to the original — will be created and shipped within a maximum period of two months.
Everything is done to ensure that the client has no administrative steps to take and experiences the least possible inconvenience.
Shipping & Lead Times
Shipments are carried out primarily via express carrier. Delivery is secured and completed against signature, by appointment. Within the European Union, crates are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Outside the European Union, delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days. A tracking number is provided as soon as the shipment is dispatched. The Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

PICK-UP AT THE ATELIER – SHOWROOM ( in Limoges, France )
It is possible to collect your piece directly from the atelier, by appointment, where a presentation of the work and our space will be dedicated to you. We will contact you once your order has been confirmed to arrange a date together.

Video appointment: A personalised video call with a presentation of the pieces, details of the finishes, or bespoke advice.
Return Policy
The pieces offered on our website are made to order or crafted bespoke for each client. As such, and in accordance with legislation, pieces created specifically for an order cannot be returned or refunded. However, we remain attentive: the Studio always reviews each situation with care and consideration, in order to support its clients as best as possible.
For the rare pieces available in stock and shipped without any personalisation, a 14-day withdrawal period may apply. For any request, the Studio is at your disposal to review your situation and assist you in the best possible way.
